It all started...

In the fall of 2004. Frustrated managing a portfolio of waterfall projects, I attended a conference about "agile". I had no idea that conference would change my life. It opened my eyes to how empowering people and not being afraid to have fun makes teams awesome. 

What a journey it has been. I have had the privilege of working with some of the best teams in the world at fortune 500 companies, government agencies and everything in between. 

Along the way, we also helped thousands of individuals reach their personal goals of certification.

No feeling in the world can beat the celebration after helping a new group unlock their potential or toasting a freshly certified practitioner.

In 2018, the journey continues helping individuals, teams and organizations reach their goals, deliver software, be awesome and most importantly, HAVE FUN.
